1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GlobalGrad Ireland website at globalgradireland.com and/or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

GlobalGrad Ireland provides education consultancy services including but not limited to: university shortlisting and application assistance, Statement of Purpose guidance, visa application support, scholarship guidance, and pre-departure advice for Indian students seeking to study in Ireland.

Our services are advisory in nature. Final admission decisions rest with the universities. Visa decisions rest with the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS). We cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Our Role as Education Agents

GlobalGrad Ireland acts as a registered education agent for Irish universities. This means we are authorised to submit applications on behalf of students to partner universities. We do not charge students for application submission — our fee (where applicable) is paid by the university as a commission for successful enrolments.

We represent your interests as a student. We will always advise you of the universities that best match your profile and goals — not merely those that offer the highest commission.

4. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic background, qualifications, and personal circumstances
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application or visa
• Meet all deadlines communicated to you by our team and by universities
• Make timely payment of university application fees, acceptance fees, and visa fees as required
• Not submit fraudulent documents or misrepresent your qualifications — doing so may result in visa refusal, deportation, or permanent ban from Ireland

5. Fees

Our initial consultation is free. Any service fees charged for specific services (SOP writing, visa file preparation, etc.) will be communicated to you in writing before work begins. All fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been delivered.

6. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

While we work to maximise your chances of admission and visa approval, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. University admission decisions are made by the universities. Visa decisions are made by INIS. Our 98% visa success rate reflects our track record — it is not a guarantee of your individual outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of GlobalGrad Ireland unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlobalGrad Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from: university rejection, visa refusal, delays in processing, changes in Irish immigration policy, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
